What is Kolectiv?
Kolectiv is an NFT marketplace that focuses on large drops with the best established and up and coming artists in the space. Each collection is based on a common theme to showcase the best talent in each genre of the NFT world.
Our market features both primary and secondary sales and has been widely recognized as one of the most user-friendly experiences in crypto. It is also the first project to launch on ImmutableX, the first layer 2 scaling solution focused on NFT’s. This means that trades and sales on the Kolectiv marketplace incur no gas fees and collectors still enjoy all the security and interoperability of the Ethereum network!
What is the Nightmares Collection?
The Nightmares Collection is the second NFT pack drop on the Kolectiv Platform. This set features 17 amazing artists, and 34 spooky NFTs inspired by Halloween themes. The pack launch will begin on October 28th. Presale will be at 6 PM UTC, Full Release at 7 PM UTC.
How can I collect these NFTs?
NFTs will be available for purchase in blind packs. There will be 2,000 total packs available, with 30 being reserved for marketing. Each pack will contain one (1) random NFT from the Nightmares collection that you will only be able to view when you open the pack on our Kolectiv website. The cost per pack is 0.33 ETH. The mint of each NFT is determined when the packs are created and not when they are unpacked. If you miss buying packs, individual NFTs and packs can be found for sale by other collectors on the secondary marketplace.
Can I sell my packs on the market?
You will be able to buy and sell packs on our secondary market at Kolectiv.gg but not on the main Ethereum network.
Presale/Whitelist Availability
We will have a presale for collectors who own either a Silver or Gold Founders NFT. These NFTs were obtained through our preorder for the Crypto 2021 collection. Each user with a Gold Founders NFT will have access to purchase five (5) Nightmare packs during preorder. Each user with a Silver Founders NFT will have access to purchase one (1) Nightmare pack. Owning multiple Founders NFTs (including one of each) will not increase the pack purchase limit of five (5) per account. An example of how many packs you can purchase if you have Founders cards:
1 Gold = 5 Packs
1 Silver = 1 Pack
1 Gold + 1 Silver = 5 packs
2 Gold = 5 packs
2 Silver = 1 Pack
What is the collection breakdown for this set?
The Nightmares collection will be broken down into the ‘core’ and ‘rare’ set of 32 unique NFTs. These can be further broken down to 16 common NFTs and 16 rare NFTs. Common NFTs will each have 100 minted NFTs. Rare NFTs will each have 25 minted NFTs.
We will have two (2) reward NFTs. Holding all Nightmare core & rare NFTs on your Kolectiv account for 30 days will earn you Lucrece’s The Reaper NFT. There will be up to 25 reward NFTs awarded (maximum possible completed sets). Mint number will be based on completion time. First to complete will earn Mint 1. Finally, there will be a global reward for all of 2021. This will include Crypto 2021, Nightmares, Inserts, Founders and any remaining 2021 drops. This Reward NFT will be XCOPY’s 1/10 RIP NFT. Mint will also be distributed based on leaderboard position (first will receive 1/10).

How many packs will I be able to purchase?
You are limited to one (1) open order of 5 packs at a time.
How can I purchase packs?
You can purchase packs by connecting your Kolectiv account with MetaMask and depositing ETH. We currently do not accept fiat payments. If you are having issues with a purchase, please join our Discord and ask the community or ping a staff member for help!

How long will packs be available to purchase?
Packs will be available until they all sell out. The total number of packs and NFTs minted will be fixed and will not increase over time.
Secondary Market Changes
With the Nightmares drop, we will be upping the secondary market fee to 10%. This will be broken down as 7.5% for artists and 2.5% for Kolectiv. The additional fee will go directly to artists and not Kolectiv. We want to position ourselves to not only create unique collections but also support the amazing talent that make it possible. We will additionally be extending this fee structure to other secondary marketplaces including OpenSea. This will take effect on October 28th.
