Epics August 16th 2021 — Weekly Update
Early August Recap
The leaderboard race for the FURIA Headliners is well underway with collectors chasing the coveted #1 Leaderboard spot, who will win? The reward card lock will be on August 19th at 4 PM UTC.
NIP HQ launched giving some amazing special edition T2s showcasing the new looks of their roster. Only 500 total sets!
A new mobile update is now live on both Android and iOS! This includes improvements upgraded trading! A full list of features can be found in the epics discord announcements channel, shared by flikQ!
What’s Coming
Clutch Kings is making its return on the 24th August, with T3 legendary cards: Cerq, Magisk, s1mple, Yuurih and ZyWoo! You will see signatures on A1 CKs (except Yuurih) in this drop — we are trying to get a Yuurih A1 signature but will depend on receiving it.
Updated Core 2.0 roster swaps will be coming on the 30th August! Post player break, teams have made significant roster changes. Core packs (purple, gold and diamond) will be reshuffed with the new players (A mints)!! being added into packs. Players who are no longer on their previous teams will not be included in store packs (owned packs will remain untouched). There will be launch bundles for the new core 2.0 packs, make sure you keep an eye out for those!
Physicals
Fulfillment for CSGO First Edition and Batch B is well underway. NA orders are scheduled to ship mid-week (slight pickup delay from the freight forwarder). EU orders are mostly all shipped from ESL. The rest of the world’s orders are well on the way to customers. Keep an eye on your texts/emails for shipment confirmation and tracking details if selected during the checkout process.
We are currently reviewing the productions for CSGO Batch B and Cologne Edition in regards to quality issues we have received, including excessive print lines. Quality is a top priority for Epics and we are looking into goodwill solutions for customers who experienced issues with their cards. We will share more information regarding this in the coming updates.
CSGO Cologne Shipments may be delayed if product changes are required, with a focus to improve customer satisfaction. We appreciate your patience as we navigate these challenges and move forward!
