Cash Market arrives August 23rd!
It’s the update you’ve all been waiting for… Collect, buy and sell your cards featuring many of the worlds best CSGO players and use our integrated secondary marketplace where you can buy and sell cards for real cash. Plus, you can now cash out your profits directly to your bank account!
Here’s a quick primer on how you can be ready to cash in on this historic change, but first some important information…
The switch to the cash market means we will be de-listing all existing marketplace listings. The result? The integrated market in the app (which sees 5,000–20,000 sales per day) will be empty and collectors will need more cards listed so they can complete their sets!! — This is a huge opportunity for collectors like you to re-list their cards on a much less crowded market and sell them for real cash!
How can you benefit?
- Log into kolex.gg on August 23rd once the update is live
- Check your collection for duplicate or high value cards
- List your cards for cash on the market
- Wait for sales
- Cash out
- Repeat!
Make sure to come back on the 23rd and re-list your cards for cash!
Additional notes:
All current market listings for Epicoins will be removed. At this time, all cards, stickers, and packs currently listed for Epicoins on the secondary marketplace will be removed from sale & returned to their owners’ collections.
These items will not be automatically relisted for cash, and there is no guarantee that the same items will be relisted by their owners after we transition to the cash-based system. If there is anything you wish to purchase from the secondary marketplace using your Epicoins, you have until the 23rd of August to do so!
With the upcoming removal of all marketplace listings and the transition to the cash market, users will no longer be able to sell items for or purchase items from other collectors using Epicoins. However, Epicoins can still be used to purchase Event drops, including Groups and Recap collections, on the primary market throughout the 2022 season. There will not be a bonus for using Epicoins to purchase these drops, and this feature primarily exists to give collectors an option of what to spend their Epicoins on.
