Hello, collectors! We have several exciting updates from the Bicycle team to share with you.
🃏 8008 Main Collection Playing Card Decks 🃏
Bicycle has had a successful trial run with the physical cards and they look amazing! Production of the Main Collection physical decks is set to begin in September, with distribution beginning in October. Bicycle is a little behind schedule due to raw material shortages and improving the case design, giving it an even more premium feel!
🃏 1-of-1 Unique Collection 🃏
As we previously communicated in January, 32 primary sale buyers will receive the opportunity to burn their existing 8008 NFT in exchange for a 1-of-1 Unique NFT with cards ranging from the 2 to 9 of each suit.
The first 4 1-of-1 collectibles (of the 32) will be selected from the existing pool of 8008 NFT purchasers and then offered to the 8008 collection buyers. We will be reaching out to those purchasers via the email address they provided in the Shopify account. These purchasers will then have the ability to burn their existing 8008 NFT in exchange for a Unique card NFT.
Any primary market purchases of 8008 Main Collection decks from https://shop.kolex.gg/ as of July 18th, 2022 at 00:00 UTC will be eligible for this first round of distribution of the 1-of-1 collectibles. Secondary market purchases of the Main Collection NFT do not qualify for the physical deck.
The remaining 28 of the 32 acrylic collectibles will be distributed as sales milestones continue to be met during the ongoing drop.
🎉 Surprise for our Bicycle NFT Collectors! 🎉
We will be offering a physical Bicycle Signature Edition Box Set to ALL Unique Collection owners and select 8008 Main Collection NFT owners. The retail value of this exclusive 5-deck collection is $150. With 52 Box Sets in our possession, 22 will go to Unique Collection buyers and 30 will be distributed to Main Collection NFT owners.
30 collectors owning the 8008 Main Collection NFT in their account on July 18th, 2022 at 17:00 UTC will be selected to receive one of the 30 Signature Edition Box Sets. You must own the NFT at this snapshot date for this distribution. You will have 60 days to complete a claim form if we do not currently have your address on file from Shopify or if you wish to update your address.
To clarify: The Bicycle Signature Edition Box Set is an additional surprise bonus being distributed to some Bicycle collectors, in addition to your physical Main Collection decks. You can check out this exclusive Box Set on Bicycle’s website.
